MINDFUL MOVEMENT

In order to live life fully, you have to be present for it. This mindful movement uses flow between poses to cultivate physical and emotional openings. In addition to asana, classes include opportunities for pranayama and meditation.

 

BASICS - ARTFUL ALIGNMENT

Classes are open to students of all levels and offer accessible alignment principles and bio mechanics from which students can be playful, explore their creative potential, heal and transform. Classes draw from a range of yoga traditions including Iyangar, Astanga, Anusara, Hatha Vinyasa.

SOUL FLOW

A moderately heated vigorous align-and-flow style classes with a playlist, 

SLOW FLOW

A breath based alignment class.  Good for recharging and if yoga is a new practice for you. 

INTERMEDIATE FLOW

Class will move at a steady place with alignment and breath as the guide.   Classes will be geared for students who have an asana practice. 

A PRACTICE 

Workshop-style flow classes packed with lots of poses, detailed alignment instruction, and partner work for anyone seeking to advance their yoga practice.

CANDLE LIGHT YOGA AND JOURNALING

This class is a perfect way to unwind into the night.  The flow is mindful and easy then you will be guided to explore thoughts and feelings surrounding the events of your life through journaling

KUNDALINI

The primary objective [of Kundalini] is to awaken the full potential of human awareness in each individual; that is, recognize our awareness, refine that awareness, and expand that awareness to our unlimited Self. Clear any inner duality, create the power to deeply listen, cultivate inner stillness, and prosper and deliver excellence in all that we do.

ROOM OF REQUIREMENT  One Thursday a Month

If you are willing to sign up for this class, you are agreeing to submit to a battery of exercises that challenge your physical and magical prowess. It may take something you are not aware of possessing —a capacity to speak with serpents, charm feathers into uncanny flight, transform into animals, and so forth— to fully participate and develop your innate, though quite possibly dormant, powers. By the way, if you can read this, you may be a wizard.
